Privacy Policy
This policy explains the personal information used to provide RacerIntel and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are
RacerIntel is operated by Greener Horizons LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. In this policy, “RacerIntel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Greener Horizons LLC and the RacerIntel service.
Privacy questions and rights requests: privacy@racerintel.com. General support: support@racerintel.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and team information
Sign-in email, display name, optional phone and alternate contact email, team/workspace name, role, invitations, permissions, and account settings.
Race and workspace information
Events, vehicles, drivers, team contacts, setup sheets, parts and inventory, run logs, checklists, notes, timing data, measurements, simulation settings, results, reports, and files you upload or create.
Billing information
Plan, subscription status, billing interval, usage, transaction and customer identifiers, and limited invoice or payment-status information. Paddle handles payment-card details; RacerIntel does not receive or store full card numbers.
AI and support information
Prompts, voice transcriptions, files or images you choose to analyze, generated responses, review drafts, support messages, and related context needed to complete the request. RacerIntel chat history is currently kept only for the browser session unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
Technical and security information
Sign-in and audit events, timestamps, device/browser details, request and error logs, approximate network information, and short-lived keyed hashes used to prevent abuse. Public beta-request intake does not store raw IP addresses in the RacerIntel application database.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve RacerIntel.
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace, Event, and feature permissions.
- Store team data, run requested calculations, and create reports or exports.
- Provide optional AI, transcription, web-search, and Race Monitor features you request.
- Process subscriptions, measure plan usage, and send service or retention notices.
- Respond to support, privacy, legal, fraud, and security matters.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent for optional processing where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. When information is shared
We disclose information only as needed to provide the service, at your direction, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or when required by law. Current service-provider categories include:
| Provider or category | Purpose | Typical information |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Authentication, database, and private file storage | Account, workspace, race, permission, and stored-file data |
| Vercel and Render | Web hosting, API delivery, background jobs, and operational logs | Requests, technical logs, and data needed to perform requested work |
| OpenAI | Optional AI chat, extraction, analysis, search, and transcription | Only the prompt, file, audio, and bounded workspace context sent for the request |
| Paddle | Merchant of Record, checkout, tax, invoices, and subscription management | Contact, location, transaction, and payment information |
| Resend and business email providers | Service notices and support communications | Email address, message content, and delivery metadata |
| Race Monitor | User-requested timing and scoring integration | Event, session, class, competitor, and timing data |
Team Owners and authorized teammates can access workspace information according to their roles and Event permissions. A Team Owner controls who is invited and should grant only the access each teammate needs.
5. Advertising, sale, and browser storage
RacerIntel does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party advertising analytics.
RacerIntel uses necessary browser storage for secure sign-in, selected workspace and Event context, appearance, temporary AI conversation state, and other user-requested interface settings. Disabling necessary storage may prevent parts of the service from working. If we later add nonessential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace information while needed to provide the service, meet the disclosed recovery period, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or billing obligations.
- An expired self-service trial is planned to remain owner-accessible and read-only for 30 days before workspace data may be permanently deleted.
- After paid access ends, the workspace is planned to remain owner-only and read-only for 90 days before workspace data may be permanently deleted.
- Hibernate keeps workspace data read-only while the Hibernate subscription remains paid and active.
- Temporary intake, operational logs, backups, fraud-prevention records, transaction records, and legally required records may follow different schedules.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove data from secured backups. We will finalize and verify the automated deletion process before public self-service checkout is enabled.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and appeal a decision. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
Send a request to privacy@racerintel.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.
8. Security and international processing
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and workspace information, including verified sign-in, scoped permissions, private storage, and server-side authorization. No system can guarantee absolute security.
RacerIntel and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers and preserve mandatory local rights.
9. Children and policy changes
RacerIntel is a business and motorsports tool and is not directed to children. Do not provide a child’s personal information unless you have the legal authority and required consent to do so.
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
