Terms of Service
These terms govern access to RacerIntel, including team workspaces, engineering tools, and paid subscriptions.
1. Agreement and authority
These Terms are an agreement between Greener Horizons LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“RacerIntel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or organization using RacerIntel (“you”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use RacerIntel for a team, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law still apply.
2. The service
RacerIntel provides cloud tools for race-team organization, Events, vehicles, setup sheets, inventory, timing, reports, kinematics, engineering calculations, simulation, exports, and optional AI-assisted workflows. Available features, capacity, support, and usage allowances depend on the selected plan and purchased add-ons.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable notice when a material change affects an active paid subscription, except when an immediate change is needed for security, safety, law, or provider availability.
3. Accounts, workspaces, and teammates
- Keep sign-in access secure and provide accurate account information.
- The Team Owner controls the workspace subscription, invitations, roles, permissions, and authorized access to active and archived Events.
- Teammates may use workspace data only within their granted permissions and for the team’s authorized purposes.
- Notify support@racerintel.compromptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and payment
The self-service trial lasts 14 days, provides Essentials-level capacity, requires no payment method, and is limited to one trial per verified Team Owner identity. Choosing a paid plan during the trial ends the remaining trial and begins paid access immediately.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment-method processing. Prices and the billing term are shown before purchase. Plan limits and add-on terms shown in RacerIntel at checkout are part of these Terms.
Complete cancellation, refund, failed-payment, retention, and Hibernate rules appear in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data and files you or your teammates submit to RacerIntel. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, protect, support, and improve the service or comply with law.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including personal information about drivers, teammates, and contacts. Workspace exports are available only to authorized users. You should keep independent copies of information that is critical to your team.
6. Engineering, motorsports, and AI disclaimer
RacerIntel outputs are analysis aids, not safety certifications, professional engineering approval, vehicle-control instructions, or a substitute for inspection and judgment by qualified people. Motorsport is dangerous. Measurements, assumptions, data quality, installation, track conditions, driving, and component condition can materially change results.
You are responsible for independently checking all inputs and outputs before using them on a vehicle or at a track. Do not rely on an AI response, calculation, report, or simulation as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision. AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before being applied or saved.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use RacerIntel unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.
- Access a workspace, Event, account, or record without authorization.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security, permissions, plan limits, or usage controls.
- Interfere with the service or place unreasonable automated load on it.
- Reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it.
- Use RacerIntel to develop, test, or operate autonomous vehicle control.
We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.
8. RacerIntel property and feedback
RacerIntel, its software, interface, documentation, branding, and service content—excluding your data—are owned by Greener Horizons LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service during authorized access. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation, but we do not obtain ownership of your workspace data through feedback.
9. Availability and warranties
We work to provide a reliable service, but internet services, third-party providers, integrations, beta features, and complex calculations may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, RacerIntel is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. We do not promise a service-level target unless it is stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Greener Horizons LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, or business interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from RacerIntel will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Ending access
You may stop using RacerIntel or cancel renewal through the billing controls. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the service, subject to applicable notice requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations—continue after access ends.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict of law rules, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under local law. We may update these Terms. We will post the revised date and provide notice of material changes as required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
